Reflection (II)

One of eight works in The Serpent Garden at Alnwick Castle. Water runs over a mirror polished stainless steel hemisphere sited in a shallow pool, showing another variation of rollwave. Reflection both extends and compresses space and depth becomes unpredictable. Here it transforms a hemisphere into a sphere.
