Three Rings Relief
1967
After leaving the Royal College of Art I worked with mild steel tubing, making compositions from standard components welded together. These were subsequently chrome or nickel plated.
Three Rings Relief comprises three chromed steel return bends bolted to a mirror polished stainless steel backing.
